The Storytelling

For years I have posted on Facebook. Many of these posts are in essence “life observations” or short stories, sometimes published sequentially over a number of different posts. My decision to create a personal website has given me an opportunity to create a properly organized repository of these stories. Over time I am transferring this back catalogue from Facebook to my website. In most cases the story is verbatim as published on Facebook. In some cases I have reworked the article. I estimate there are over two hundred posts worth treating as published stories so it is going to take some time to catch up with the past. In the future all my written stories will be published on this and then linked to whatever platform is appropriate, be that Facebook, Instagram or other avenue(s). These stories are published as “blog posts” or, more simply “stories”.

Over the last there years I have increasingly been asked to give public talks. I do this on a voluntary basis. The pleasure I get from the sharing of my stories is reward enough. I have a growing “menu” of quaint and hopefully interesting tales that potential audiences can choose from. Outlines of these options are provided below. Feel free to get hold of me and ask for a talk. Large or small audiences, I really don’t mind.
